Goals

My goals as a lawyer are to understand the client’s objectives, to get the law and the facts right, to think creatively, to explain matters clearly and succinctly, to both clients and courts, and to do all this as efficiently and civilly as possible.

FEES

My fees vary, depending on many variables, including the economic stakes, the inherent interest and importance of the problem, the potential of the result to make the world a better place, and the client’s resources. Pro bono and low bono representations are not infrequent.
